I saw someone posted on this subject already, but I needed clarification.
Bryce, you discussed that one of the potential reasons why the hack squat may be causing knee pain is:
using a load that is too heavy, resulting in not using the muscles and the load going primarily to the passive tissue.
Something along those lines.
Does this mean that you should be using a load that allows you to actively โflexโ/tense the quads when performing your reps on the hack to prevent passive tissue from taking the load? And not let your quads relax throughout the whole range of motion?
