So I’ve noticed on my heavier sets on Hacks (3rd exercise in rotation) my knee pops once sometimes a few times. It’s a quick sharpe pain but then goes away.
This doesn’t happen to me when I’m doing BB back squats. Any suggestions?
Note: I do wear my squat shoes with a slightly elevated heel. Should I be wearing flatter shoes?
