Hi Joe, I was wondering if you recommend knee wraps, elbow wraps, or a weightlifting belt for squats/deadlifts. And if you’d recommend wraps over sleeves.
I noticed in your videos you don’t use a belt, but I also don’t see you barbell squat often and don’t think I’ve seen you deadlift. I also noticed you have something around your knees not 100% sure if they’re wraps or sleeves

Sorry about that! Short answer: don’t use them if you don’t need them. If you need them as a “crutch” temporarily to work around an injury, then that’s no big deal
