    My wife recently had our 3rd baby and I’m looking for advice on how to adjust training intensity/volume on lack of sleep. I was making good progress over the last year and over the last 8weeks since the baby was born my motivation and discipline to go to the gym has plummeted due to the lack of sleep and just inconsistency of life. I’m currently running PPL 2.0. Should I reduce the number of working sets and/or level of intensity? Maybe adjust the rep ranges!
