For the last 9 months or so I’ve been running a PPL split exclusively in an attempt to get more overall size on my frame. I did this on a recompish diet and had pretty good success, albeit arms are lagging some.
I would Ike to be a touch leaner and will start a cut after my deload. I’ve been kicking around the idea of adding in an arm day but is there any sense to that being in a deficit?
I think I recall Joe mentioning that you maintain the same split in your cut because that is what put muscle on you in the first place. Or something to that effect?
