Thanks for a great app and shearing your knowledge.
My question is, my legs are my weakness and they are really hard and stubborn to get up to match my upper body
I do prioritize them but I want to ask you opinion if I should Back of on my upper body training to save energy to training legs and recover? If so , any ideas for how to do it?
