Lat injury

    For some reason as of late I keep straining my right lat while squatting with a safety bar or even sometimes on back days as well with RDLs and deadlift. I do single arm rows and lat pull as well. I foam roll and use myofasical release ball when it flairs up. I’m definitely right hand dominant. Not sure if it’s a body mechanics thing or not.

    Thanks for the response Joe. As I’m now 41 have to focus more on warming up and not lifting too heavy if don’t feel it listen to my body more.
