If you had to pick one from an efficiency standpoint to train lats, would you choose a chest on incline dumbbell row (elbows tucked), seated cable curl (with wrist and elbows lined properly) or the one arm standing iso hammer strength row (saw Joe doing this in an old video to fix the profile of the machine a little bit). Trying to figure out which one might be best for lats and plan on running it into the ground. Cheers and thank you.
