I’ve seen your videos on hypertrophy on Coach Eugenes site and you explained really well why lateral raises aren’t great with the resistance and strength profiles being so off. Would lying on a bench sideways as such make it a ‘better exercise’?
Also I know you recommend starting with lagging muscles and I find for myself my lateral delt is lagging after doing years of mainly pressing, but what ‘good’ lateral delt exercises would you recommend?
