This probably is annoying either I’m slow or w/e. I’m aware elbows down and in front. I’ve been lucky enough to have the nautilus however I’m still have trouble with the semantics. Can we stop short of the torso? The seat height does it make a difference? As the arms go up is it straight up? Tucked in the seat or hanging out Or does none of this matter as long as elbows are in front ?
