Been doing the push pull 2.0 and honestly have been loving the program. I guess I have a minor knee injury that I’ve been dealing with a while but manageable and I’ve noticed significant less progress in my right quad. I have large quads but I notice this especially when I wear shorts. Unfortunately I haven’t actually measured but I’m certain it’s smaller. Can you recommend any specific iso quad development exercises you would recommend and I can work on? In the pics because it’s opposite it would be on the right. Thanks 🙏🏼
