I’ve got a visually noticeable imbalance between my left and right side, mainly at the delt, upper arm, and back. My right side honestly looks as is if it’s had an extra year of solid training over my left in these areas to the point I occasionally get asked about it while wearing a long sleeve shirt.
I’ve gone unilateral, I’ve all but ceased direct volume on my right side for the body parts in question, while increasing intensity for my left… but it doesn’t seem to be helping. Mobility seems to be BETTER on my left side. Thanks in advance for the golden nugget of wisdom I’m looking for here!
