    I’m doing the better half training and currently have a problem with one knee. I can’t do any leg curls or similar movement and hence all the listed alternatives for the leg curl are not suitable for me.

    Now I have one exercise spot free. I could do 45 hip extension. However not sure, if this is optimal for superset with RDL as the Programm recommends. Or glute bridge?

    Which exercise would make sense here?

    I think those exercises would be waste of time WITH rdls. I have the same issue.
