    In general I feel great about my setup during this exercise. Something that I’m sure I didn’t come up with myself but don’t see others doing it is lean forward (at the waist not mid or upper back) while still keeping my hips back against the pads. I feel it is easier to brace in this position. Thoughts or feedback, good ir bad?
