I’m pretty sure I’m overthinking this, but I have a question regarding the leg curl and split squat superset on lower day on Terrence prep program. The leg curl is a two legged exercise (duh), so when moving from that to the split squat the first leg that’s used will be more fatigued than when switching to the other. I usually rest a couple of minutes between legs too. Is that a problem or does it not matter? Or should I do the left leg first in the first set, then the right one first on the other set? If I’m suffering from classic overthinking then please tell me to stfu. 😁
