First of all: Happy new year! Hope you guys had a great family time and are as ready as I am for some gains next year 😉
I still struggle to build the best leg day as I don’t have access to every piece of equipment. I run the Armageddon Programm so the leg workout has two leg curl and two squat variations. I can’t use a safety bar and I honestly would like to avoid front squats just because of personal preference.
My top solutions would be:
Banded hacks + Isolateral leg press
Or
Banded hacks + Smith Machine Squats
One better that the other? Or doesn’t matter that much?

Maybe to consider: My gym doesn’t have a regular hack squat, but this Hammer Strength Linear hack. But I can reach full knee flexion and add bands, so fine option I think. Still pretty similar to a leg press. Should I rather stick to a free weight movement?
