Hey coach
On my pull day i prefer doing SLDL to work my erectors and hams. The next day though i have the leg day. I only train quads once a week because they overpower my physique but i train hams twice because they arent as big as id like them to be.
Would it be okay to train legs the day after i do stiff leg deadlifts?
I would only be training quads so maybe do a smith squat or a machine squat for quads since the erectors are fried from the day before
