So currently both my A/B Leg days are quad focused, as I think my hamstrings are a fair bit more developed. Both start with a calf movement, then a Seated Leg Curl (Lying if taken) and then 3 Quad movements (Hack/Pendelum, Leg Press and Extension/Bulgarians) and if recovery is on point I might toss in some form of lunge/finisher. Based on my current form, do you think I should keep doing this or keep A quad focused and B day balanced, or maybe even both balanced? (Ex swap one of the quad movements for hamstrings or even keep the quads but add a ham) Thank you, and hope your vacation went well Joe!
Perfect, thank you, thats what I thought! Its honestly the best mind-muscle movement out of everything for me, and despite only 2 sets of it every leg day theyre still growing so as you said, might as well keep going😅
