I currently follow your ppl routine. I will do 3 days on 1 off 2 on 1 off. so I end up doing 5 days a week.
I work out in my garage so I have some limitations as far as equipment goes.
My question is would it be to much to do ssb squat, Rdls, and a quad dominant trap bar deadlift in the same session. The quad dominant trap bar would be instead of a hack squat/leg press machine which I don’t have.
Also, I have a seated leg curl but not a lying. So I would be swapping the rdls in for the lying leg curl.
