I am doing the PPL and i Like it so far.
Exept the Leg day. 2nd exercise is a squat pattern. I never felt comfortable with them because of my long legs.
The alternativ in the App is a Front squat.
With would be another alternative?
4th exersice is am Leg Press which is fine.
