Leg Day Question

    Hey guys
    I need to swap out the safety bar squat from the leg day, trying to protect my back more than anything
    Question is am I best to swap it for a pendulum squat, or a leg press that then pairs with the banded hack as my other quad movement?
    Or would I be better doing the banded hack as my first quad exercise after the Seated leg curl and then do a pendulum squat/leg press or even a leg extension as my other quad exercise?
    I understand the pendulum squat is a better all round choice than the leg press and extension, but not sure if it’s effectively the same as a banded hack and then not making it a great option for this workout
