    Hi Joe, before everything, I can say that this app is magnificent, I’m truly enjoying it! Keep up the great work!
    Anyway, I have couple of questions. Everything is based on leg day. First one, are you focusing on tempo movements (hack squat, heel elevated squats etc.) on most of the exercises? Second one is more personal, on most of my leg days every person that was training with me said that I have more “fuel in the tank”, that I could’ve go for more reps or more weights, but I’m feeling that it was my limit at the moment. Can it be that there is maybe lack of confidence or I just suck with my RIR counting? Sorry if there was already topic like this. Have you experienced problem like this with some other people?

    Thank you, this really answers most of it, first one especially. Second one still believe is more physiologically, because there is that moment from time to time “should I go for that one or to more” or “not sure, maybe I cannot make it”. Progress, thank God, is there, especially since I started doing banded hacks for example. But like I said, maybe there can be more different things that can affect it, like sleep, food, supplements etc. It cannot be perfect everytime.
