Hey coaches, my current leg day is as follows. I do this twice a week:
1) Banded Hack Squats
2) Lying Leg Curls (Seated Leg Curls don’t feel good on the knees)
3) Leg Extensions
4) Banded Leg Press
6) Straight-Leg Calf Raises
All exercises are 2 working sets to failure, top and back off. I also have RDLs once a week on a pull day. I was thinking about pulling one of these exercises off the program for time sake, which one would you recommend? I was thinking about getting rid of the banded leg press. Apart from this, what are your overall impressions of this leg day? Thanks!
