Hi, i’ve done for several months the anti flamingo program.
And now I costume myself a leg day of my own.
I want to take my quads to the next level.
My question is, do i “have to” add some sort of free weight squat before the Leg extension and the banded hack?
For that my quad will grow like crazy?
Or it will be just fine if i’ll do a progressive overload at the banded hack squat as the main squat pattern of the workout?
I will also add a walking launges and high reps leg press quad dominant..
