So Iām slightly adjusting my leg days set up: (2 working sets on everything, will add more as necessary/recovery allows. Realistically this will probably only be to Adductors, Seated Ham curl on A day and extensions on B day since I know my recoverable volume especially on quads is very low

Finally able to do SDL without low back pain so definitely going to incorporate it since although hams still growing great from the seated curls alone, actually training the hip extension can only help.
