My program I’m running calls for leg extensions but I don’t have access to one since I train in my garage. I do the substitute using bands but could you set it up using a cable. I have photo/video for reference. This is how I half to set it up but can only use it for single leg. If not, I guess split squat would be my best bet to target quads.
Thanks Joe! I’ll see if my bench is high enough when I attempt week 2 for my leg extension. I don’t have a plyobox, but I might could just add some pads to the bench.
