    I was wondering why there are two squatting movements in the lower body days which load the quads in the lenghtend position and no leg extensions which would load the shortend position. Wouldn’t that be a more efficient way to train the quads?

    By the way: The feedback in the forum is awesome! I’ve already learned so much and had a lot of fun on the way. Great work!
