Depends on what you’ve been doing currently (exercises, rep ranges etc)?
How many times a week are you training/willing to train?
Is your nutrition on point?
Also do you mean the entire leg, so both hamstrings and quads?

Okay and what has lead you to this thinking that something is not right or needs to be changed?

I hate to disappoint you but if everything has been working decently thus far I wouldn’t change a thing. This stuff takes time and you just gotta be patient and trust the process. Train hard and progressively, eat a lot of good quality food, rest recover and grow.

Just build your split around your recovery from leg day basically. I’d keep squats on one day. Deadlifts on another. Something quad, but not as spine loading on the deadlift day still (like hacks/leg press). Nothing magic after that. Smash it into the ground, and tweak things if you’re not progressing. And email support@hypertrophycoach.com and we’ll get the calf program right back to you
