Hey guys! I hav a valgus malalignment on my left leg. That leads to an underdeveloped left quad and less mind muscle and less mind muscle connection. Whenever I do a set of squats, hack or leg press I get a huge pump on the right quad and way less on the left. Even if i perform a unilateral movement like split squats I feel less pump on the left side. Do you guys have any ideas what to do? I have been to several doctors and all of them said that the malalignment is not severe enough to operate it. Since I am not planning on competing the aesthetics are not a big problem for me as long as they dont get more imbalanced. To keep them both growing at the same rate would you only do unilateral movements? Thanks in advance?
