Hello, i saw a story of Eugene teo.
And he was doing a leg press with an additional back support from i think a roll of something. And he was able to get full knee flexion. so my question is, is there a difference between full range leg press and a squat? Is there any benefits to the leg press with the full range compared to doing squats instead with full knee flexion? (Joe once said, if you do full range leg press, just do squat instead. Or something like that)
