I’m buying an Arsenal strength hack squat or leg press. I was leaning toward the leg press because I’ve never used a hack squat before. Which of the two machines is better for overall leg development. I see most of the pros doing hack-squats these days. I currently do regular squats in place of banded hack squats or leg presses in the program. I have room for one machine currently. But I plan on expanded the gym. One day maybe I’ll own both.
