Are there any disadvantages to permanently switching to a “single leg” leg press instead of using two legs?
I was worried about the decreased load. As an example, If I could leg press 400 pounds with two legs l wouldn’t be able to leg press 200 pounds with one leg so I was wondering if the benefits would be decreased.
My rationale for the single leg press:
Less load on knees
Correcting imbalances
