    Hi I’m interested in the powerbuilding but noticed legs are only programmed once. I know Ben is a beast and lifts a ton of weight, but I normally train legs twice a week. I’m currently doing PPL 2.0. If switch to powerbuilding should more legs training be added or program run as is?
