Hi guys, I’m currently running the Anti Flamingo program and have seen solid gains in the past few months – epic program!
Unfortunately, I’ve strained my hip flexor (likely result of increasing weights too quickly and average form with heavier lifts) which have impacted my strength & cause pain when doing any squat-related movements.
Keen to still keep these wheels growing during this bulk so would be interested to hear if you have any recommendations for leg movements (especially quads) that I can continue doing during rehab?
