life time member since 2018 truly incredible content. My question is regarding leg training I am natural and just dont seem to get any growth in my legs. I have trained them 2 times a week mixture of rep ranges meat and potatoes style squats front squats 5 to 8 reps then lunges leg extension leg curls for higher reps 15 to 25.
all other areas of my body do grow. I believe my intensity is there could it be ive reached my genetic limit I’m 32 been training for 13 years out of that 7 seriously ie knowing actually what to do following Bpak intentions training and more recently yourself and track cals etc. as I really want them to grow as they are chicken legs sadly, I enjoy training them too. I just dont know what to do now any help would greatly appreciated.
