I train a client who had a sports hernia surgery a few months ago and he’s wanting to start training legs again. His adductor tendons were partially torn and reattached. (A sports hernia is quite different from a the typical hernia people speak of but I’m pretty sure you know that).
Any pointers on what to start him out with that is as gentle as possible on the adductors? I know the basic stuff but thought you might add some details that are helpful as well as just confirming the obvious (no heavy wise stances squats etc).
His Dr cleared him for exercise but didn’t give him many details besides take it easy at first.
