Hi Coach, hope you are doing well.
Long term sufferer of internal hemorrhoid but with age (I am 35 now), flare ups are happening frequently when I do heavy hack squats or deadlifts
Been focusing on diaphragm breathing to avoid increasing my abdominal pressure but is there any routine or exercise which I can swap hack squats and deadlifts with without compromising on leg hypertrophy.
Would appreciate your guidance on this as lower body is a lagging factor in my overall physique development.
