I’m in week 2 of the PowerBuilding program.
First off I want to say, I am LOVING this. I’m already seeing changes in my physique and I’ve been training for some years.
(Probably just went overkill all the time with way too much volume and intensity. Being natty didn’t help with that as far as recovery goes… lol
Anyways, here’s my question:
Would it be an option to add Leg Extensions to the leg workout in this program? Or a Leg press or …
I feel like everything gets enough quality work except my quads. (Yes I’m gonna do your leg program next for prioritising my legs :P)
I have to substitute the banded hack squat for smith machine squats since my gym doesn’t have a hack squat. Only a “pendulum” but without a back pad and it feels hard on my lower back.
