Recommended rep range and intensity for legs, when you are wanting to decrease muscle mass and or thoughts on lowering protein intake a bit. I have tried everything from playing with reps, sets, weights volume, cardio etc.
Hi and thank you so much both Joe and Bryce for your response, you guys are the best and yes I know it is an unusual question for you, however I knew I would get the best answer which I did. Joe yes it is more of a personal the way I want to look kind of scenario. I have been lifting for a long time because I love it, however I would rather not see my quads through my jeans. And Bryce, thank you that is the the workout approach I have been taking recently so that with a few dietary changes and I will see what happens. Not training them all together, yes is the logical road however I am already spiraling out of control, that will make be a train wreck. I will give it a month, re-evaluate and then decide how much does this mean to me.
