On the bike as we speak, post leg workout. Had to cut workout short. Training started great. Hit rep PR’s on seated leg curls and safety bar squats. Immediately post squats my legs started feeling a bit “off”. During warm up sets for lying leg curls and reverse band hacks, both legs starting cramping up on me hard. To the point where I had to stop. On the bike now trying to move them around. Sipping on some EAA’s, added some extra salt.
Never had this before.
Same leg workout I’ve been doing for past few months.
Only thing I’ve done slightly different lately is over the weekend, my diet was basically out the window. Got married on Sunday, so Sunday and Monday was basically 2 days of eating whatever I wanted. Wasn’t terrible by any means, just not the usual.
Was in the gym Tuesday and Wednesday, felt completely fine.
Not concerned, just odd. Figured Joe or someone here might have a possible reason for it. Thanks
