I have been ignoring this issues for a few months now and keep telling myself to
Stop being a bitch. But now it is annoying.
When I feel the stretch on my hamstrings as I lower the weight my damn legs starting to shake out of control regardless light or heavy weight. I don’t have this problem before even when I try to lift very heavy (my very heavy). At first I thought I need a deload so I took a deload every 6 – 8 weeks for 2 weeks but it doesn’t fix the problem. Zero issue with squat, deadlift, leg press or hack. What do you think is wrong with me?
