What are your thoughts on high rep leg training ? I like doing higher reps on quads, 10-20 on squats for example. I feel like nothing is harder than high rep squats or hacks. I mean the load is not that high like doing 5-8 reps but it’s still pretty high if you are strong and can push yourself. Do you think high reps can build big legs as low reps ? And is it better for your joints ? I rotate all 8 weeks from high reps to lower reps, I would like to hear your opinion on that.
