Hi, I’m confused. I have been working off of bodyfit for many many years now and I know these HC programs are legit otherwise they wouldn’t be so successful. However, the amount of sets, volume and sometimes 3 days a week programs is throwing me through a loop. I’m used to such a “standard” 5-6 day program 60-90 mins with 15-20ish sets. For example: I looked at the push pull lower program but I only see 3 days a week? In another program-come here cannonballs the delt workout is only 3 exercises? I see them say following workout so I’m just looking for some clarification. Have I been viewing these incorrectly?
