ParticipantHey Joe and Bryce. Definitely appreciate all the responses here and thought your response on training teenage lifters was spot on, as well as advise Bryce and you have thrown out on rehabbing from my capsular shift and labrum repair( not perfect but getting better 5 months out of surgery).
I’m currently ahead of schedule but still cannot back squat due to mobility, and neither my racquet club or small gym ive been going have a hack or pendulum squat. I plan on putting a a pendulum squat in my garage as an addition to my home gym I’m april, but in the mean time I’ve been making the best use of this powertech leverage squat. Can I get some feedback on foot placement, it feels good but I would love to make it more effective. Currently at 2 working sets, one at 360 and a back off at 180 which is about as much as my shoulder will tolerate as far a weight on it. Thanks in advance for the feedback.

ParticipantAlso I do like the machine and may add it to my garage as well. Not bad for an 800 price tag

ParticipantThank you!! I definitely appreciate the feedback. I will tinker with it and see about getting lower, it does seem to position slightly off on the shoulders, when deep. I was trying to minimize abductors but will widen them out and see what that produces. I’ve been on a version of anti flamingo since getting injured. Obviously lots of flexibility in there around surgery and recovery but love the program overall. Started at 25 inches upper leg and progressed to 28. Thanks for the Feedback and I will try and revisit this as I adjust.
