ParticipantHi Joe. What do you think about LeverGyms such as https://www.fitness-superstore.co.uk/body-solid-glgs100-corner-leverage-gym.html
or the Powertec Levergym?
I’ve been thinking that the cable system attached to the weight on a lever could be super useful for matching profiles such as pulldowns and rows. Do you think its a good alternative to picking out lots of individual machines with good profiles?August 5, 2020 at 7:45 am #22008Joe

ParticipantYes for a home gym setup. I’m planning on getting a dual adjustable cable setup and a rack with high and low cable pulley (already have free weights). I have a decent amount of space (about 5m×5m) but not enough to be buying multiple extra machines so i was looking at a bit of kit like i linked to cover many bases.
My question really is about the cable lever system on the levergym piece and whether it offers and benefits to a typical cable system where the weight moves straight up and down on a track?August 6, 2020 at 8:48 am #22052Joe
