Hi, may I know if Joe has any guide/ video on lifting for maintenance? Many times I have other areas of my life hitting me like a truck so I would like to just lift for maintenance, lowering the stress on my nervous system and energy but maintaining the physique/ gains made, thanks!!

I’ve heard for quite a few times that lifting for maintenance takes much less volume and people suggest to cut the volume (sets) by up to half the original, finding the minimum volume that would still maintain your strength. How would you compare this approach to just keep lifting the same weight and same volume? thanks!!
