There seem to be so, so many bodybuilders that swear by light weight for arm training, saying that they only saw results when they significantly lightening the weight on their arm training instead of just going heavier and heavier. Do you guys have any idea why this might be so?
One of my favorite parts of the app is that on these forums, when I ask a question and you both answer they’re often different answers and I mean that in the best way. You’re both such experienced coaches that have unique perspectives so I’m always hopeful that both you and Joe will give an answer, but no problem if not.
