    What angle should your limbs be at, when doing and  incline or decline. I’m not talking about the bench angle, I’m talking about your limb

    Always perpendicular to the floor or
    Always perpendicular to the bench or
    Something else

    Would be great to get the ‘why’ as well please.

    awesome. thanks. obvious example would be an incline bench DB press. should your arm be point straight up to the ceiling or at a slight angle (perp the the bench)
