    Hello Joe,

    Currently I’m deployed overseas, I’m 22 w/ a 5 month old son. I’ve realize the importance of setting goals and improving yourself. Ive gone through as much content as I could today and I’m not sure if your program is right for me. That’s okay! But I’m skinny and short. (5’7 and 145lbs) I care about form more than weight itself. I love the science that you put behind you! But, equipment wise It lacks out here and as the amateur I am, I’m not sure what alternate exercises will proof beneficial. I really want to sent an example for my son when he get older. If you have any advice, I would greatly appreciate your time and thoughts. Thank you for your time

    Yes sir, so you brought up a good point with your workout plans and I think I am getting too hung up on the specific exercises and equipment being used, such as bands and attachments. I think it larger has to do to the fact, I’m just inexperienced. But you’re 100% right I need to try and make it my own if I’m going to succeed. Reading a book currently called Bigger, leaner, Stronger by Micheal Matthews. I just hate feeling like a dumbass looking around the gym and saying “oh that might work”. So I want to pick your meat brain as much as possible. Thank you for your t ime. I know I might’ve gotten off point but you helped. So thank you
