Hey coaches,
As always appreciate you guys and am so thankful for this app.
I’ve progressed to a point where I can no longer get the dumbbells up to myself on incline dumbbell bench press.
I do not always have spotters or assistance.
My question is should I swap this exercise for another barbell press (one on the smith and one free weight)? Or would a unilateral chest press machine be more similar?
Also if you have tips on getting the weight up that’d be cool.
